Work in Progress

During the next few days, I'll be working on restructuring the site, creating community articles, content pages, and adding some privileges so that our members can post news articles to the frontpage of the site and make it more of a community project. I'm also going to be workign on some new graphics and teasting out some new features. Just stay tuned over the next few days.

Coming Attractions: Integrated Blog, Downloads...

 
We're looking at expanding the services we offer our members by acquiring a license to IP.Blog, IP.Downloads and IP.Nexus. For those who aren't aware of these new features, they would allow us to provide an integrated blogging service, access to file downloads as well as the ability to create an online store.
 
While the integrated blog and downloads feature are self explanatory, some have expressed concern over creating an online store or marketplace. The IP.Nexus feature would allow us to create an online store. The way it would work is that when an item is sold, payment would be held by our site until proof of the item has been received by the purchaser. For those who have questions regarding this, post a comment to this post or post on the forums, and I'll answer anyone's inquiry to how this works.

My Mom Has Passed Away (1941-2014)

I haven't been in the best frame of mind, these past few days. On July 31st, we lost our mom, who passed away during the night and it's been very hard on all of us. She was 73 years old and she left behind two sons, a daughter, her grandson and granddaughter. We're just trying to get this time and we're concentrating on her funeral service. With our aunts and uncles coming in for a visit, it's just going to be a difficult time for my family since we've lost both of our parents.
 
My family would like to thank everyone who have been posting their condolences for my family and that it's deeply felt. We're concentrating on trying to find a home to keep us all together because it's what our mom wanted, in the event that she passed away. She had just celebrated her 73rd birthday in June.
 
Mom, we miss you and you'll never be forgotten.
