While there have been many figures, toys and models and other merchandise released for various anime, manga and video game properties, I have finally ordered my first pair of figures, mainly from the “Revoltech “line of figures. These figures are simply gorgeous. While I hope to receive my figures by the end of this week, I’m hoping to share my find with the rest of our community when they finally arrive. These first two figures I ordered, the first one is from the  “Sweet Dreams” anime series and the second one is from the “Idol Master” anime series. I’ll post the opening event when I received these figures.

While we’ve reported that the Skuld 1/8th PVC was available for a few weeks ago, Robert’s Anime Corner Store has reported that they now have this item available for pre-order as well. You can order the Skuld PVC from RACS’s Website. They have it listed for $126.98.

Griffon Enterprises is preparing to release the Skuld 1/8 PVC figure from the manga/anime “Ah! My Goddess.” Will be released in August 2009. Around 300mm tall, 9,310 yen. Estimated Cost? $95.25 USD; €72.64 Euros

This Skuld figure is based on the cover of the manga Vol.24.

Both this Skuld and that Belldandy were sculptured by the same sculptor “Hiroman”.

“The Familiar of Zero: Nekomimi Louise 1/8 Scale PVC Figure will be available, and is in fact, on the way to us from Japan now. Through an odd arrangement (and aren’t they all in Japan), Jun Planning had selected Taki corporation to distribute the figure in Japan, and Taki was able to export the figure into the US through Yamato USA once the arrangements with Jun Planning’s US division fell through. We’ve re-posted her to the store site for pre-order, and all previous pre-orders for her are still on the books and will be filled once our inventory arrives.”
