“The Goddess Project.net” Terms of Service

1. By registering for an account, you agree to abide by our ‘Terms of Service,’ whether you’ve read through them or not.
2. The use of swearing, personal insults, racial slurs or any form of libel or slander against the site or its members will be deemed inappropriate and said member may be banned from the site.
3. Registered members may not hold The Goddess Project.net, the Goddess Relief Forums nor any of its Administrators or Moderators for the conduct perpetrated by the member posting it.
4. No member may post spam or any type of links that redirect a visitor to a site containing adult material or web-links to another site.
5. No member may post scripts or embedded links to video or music sites.
6. Members may not create more than one (1) account.
7. Members may not post any content that could infringe on the protected copyrights or trademarks owned by another person or entity.
8. Members may discuss fansubs and the legality of such material in their comments. They may use the forums for discussing such issues.
9. Members may discuss the subject of anime fansubs and their resulting links on the message forums here on the site.

User Content

You are solely responsible for the photos, profiles (including your name, image, and likeness), messages, notes, text, information, music, video, advertisements, listings, and other content that you upload, publish or display (hereinafter, “post”) on or through the Service or the Site, or transmit to or share with other users (collectively the “User Content”). You may not post, transmit, or share User Content on the Site or Service that you did not create or that you do not have permission to post.

Copyright Complaints

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and we prohibit users from uploading, posting or otherwise transmitting on this site or service any materials that violate another party’s intellectual property rights. When we receive proper Notification of Alleged Copyright Infringement, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in accordance with the Digital Millenium Copyright Act. If you believe that any material on the Site infringes upon any copyright which you own or control, you may send a notification of such infringement to one of our Admin or Moderators.
