Indeed. The artist used more of their style than merely trying to imitate Fujishima's which resulted Bell looking less similar to the series and more to western media. Still, she's pretty recognizable and an alternative view to what the AMG characters would look in a more western style.

It's hard to find good fanart of AMG these days. The only sort of image gallery I glance at is danbooru, and looking at the fanart there makes me want to drink bleach.

Still I'm thankful that there's some fanart for AMG even years after the series end. Even some much more popular series all but disappeared once they reached their end, yet AMG is still remembered. 

Of course the sites to look for art these days are no longer those online galleries (booru derivatives) but places where artists post their work. For example, I find most of the AMG stuff I post here in deviantart and pixiv.
