Nefarious

Ever feel like playing as the bad guy in a story where princesses are kidnapped? Ever feel like taking some potshots at certain types of video game heroes, like Sonic the hedgehog, early final fantasy heroes, or a flying metal knight?

Nefarious has you covered!

However, there's two ending paths. One for evil, one for Good.

The final boss for the good path is difficult and needs checkpoints between phases. I admit to cheating because my reflexes aren't as good as they once were and I suck at shoot'em ups. Especially so when you have to punch stuff and aim in an arc.

I like the concept. The characters are all supposed to be funny.

They are. Honestly, the story is the best part and I'm glad to have put money towards the Kickstarter for the graphic novel that'll be a sequel to the good ending.

I also kind of want to write a fanfic for it, but I'd probably wind up writing a Crow/Apoidea pairing.
