It looks like NIntendo is bringing back the Super NES Classic Edition with an expended library of games pre-loaded onto the system. For those who missed out on the original reissue of the system, look for it in 2018. The list of games included on the re-issue in 2018 are as follows:

  •     Super Mario World
  •     Super Mario Kart
  •     The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past
  •     F-Zero
  •     Super Metroid
  •     Street Fighter II Turbo: Hyper Fighting
  •     Super Punch-Out!!
  •     Super Castlevania IV
  •     Donkey Kong Country
  •     Mega Man X
  •     Kirby Super Star
  •     Final Fantasy III (Final Fantasy VI)
  •     Kirby's Dream Course
  •     Star Fox
  •     Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island
  •     Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars
  •     Contra III: The Alien Wars
  •     Secret of Mana
  •     Earthbound
  •     Super Ghosts 'n Ghouls

Thanks for the info KM! Although, that would be the Super NES classic edition, since the NES version had already been released for quite some time ;)
