First world problems, i guess

I feel kinda bad for feeling bad about this (no pun intended), i mean, there's so many ppl with bigger and more serious problem than this around,  and they are still in high spirits, but i just can't help myself.

So, after years of using a beret almost every single day and going around with my hair in a tight knot, it finally had enough. My once thick, strong hair was a shadow of itself, falling so much that at some point i stopped combing it because i couldnt stand to see the amount of hair left on the brush after... went to the dermatologist, diagnosed me with folicular dermatitis or whatever is called (your head starts kinda scaling, like you had dandruff or something), probably originated due to stress. Medication didnt help and at some point my hair was so thin i just gave up trying to save it and cut it short. Like boyish short.

For someone who had hair reaching to the middle of my back for the past 10 years or so, it was a shock. I cant belive how this stupid thing affected my self confidence, but it did...

Again, i feel kinda shitty for letting myself down for such a stupid problem as this, but... i really liked my mane. :/

And i just cant see the conditions necessary for me to let it grow long again popping up, so yea...

Feeling kinda shitty right now...

Nothing you can do about it, man. We aren't getting younger.

Don't worry, you'll get used to it...
